Rosemary Roasted Almonds are great for daily snacking or for a dinner party appetizer. When it comes to dinner parties or special gatherings, this appetizer will tide your guests over until the main meal without the risk of completely spoiling their appetites. Not to mention the fact that these Rosemary Roasted Almonds are light, healthy and satisfying. If you’re serving a heavier meal, I definitely recommend going with a light appetizer spread.
Ingredients:
Raw almonds
Chopped Rosemary
Olive oil
Salt
Red pepper flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
To prep the rosemary, remove the leaves from the stem and finely chop. We used two rosemary stems.
In a large bowl, mix the almonds (about 32 oz.) and rosemary together.
Add 2 tbs. of oil and mix.
Add salt and red pepper flakes to taste.
On a foil-lined cookie sheet, lay almonds out.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm. Mmm Mmm!
Happy Snacking!
