I adore dainty little vintage glassware and I seem to collect more of it every time I go to a flea market. In fact, this set of little glasses came from a yard sale a couple of weeks ago for a whopping $1 for the entire collection!
The thing about vintage glasses though, is that they do tend to be itty bitty (probably how the Mad Men era could handle a three-martini lunch!) so when it comes to incorporating them into your entertaining it’s sometimes hard to figure out what to use them for. I like to utilize mine for the signature cocktail to start off a dinner party. The signature cocktail tends to be something unique or strong in flavor… not necessarily what you want to eat alongside your coq au vin, but just the right thing to relax your guests and ease them into the evening. For that purpose, I like to serve a classic Champagne Cocktail… only since these are so dainty, I call them Champagne Cocktail Sippers.

- 1 Sugar Cube
- Twist of Orange Rind
- Place Sugar Cube into the bottom of a small glass or champagne flute
