I’ve shared a lot about how prepping healthy snacks and keeping them in easy reach is a key to make sure I don’t reach for something off my diet when I’m feeling famished. Variety is your friend! I’ve done a ton of research about different snacks and meals that fit with this diet so I never run out of options or get bored with my food.
