7-Up Biscuits

A quick and easy recipe for the world's fluffiest biscuits. With just a few simple ingredients and a little help from the store, you'll have 7-up Biscuits!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 7-Up Chilled
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread out evenly, set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the bisquick, sour cream and 7-up. Stir with a rubber spatula until it comes together and forms a sticky dough.
  • Turn out onto a lightly floured (use bisquick) surface. Knead a few times and flatten out into a large circle about an inch thick. Cut with a round biscuit cutter and place in prepared baking dish. Gather the scraps and continue cutting until you get 12 biscuits.
  • Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving with butter and honey.
