A quick and easy recipe for the world's fluffiest biscuits. With just a few simple ingredients and a little help from the store, you'll have 7-up Biscuits!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread out evenly, set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the bisquick, sour cream and 7-up. Stir with a rubber spatula until it comes together and forms a sticky dough.
Turn out onto a lightly floured (use bisquick) surface. Knead a few times and flatten out into a large circle about an inch thick. Cut with a round biscuit cutter and place in prepared baking dish. Gather the scraps and continue cutting until you get 12 biscuits.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving with butter and honey.
