Place the Juicy Juice® and apples in small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 to 17 minutes or until juice has evaporated. Cool to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and lightly flour 13 x 9-inch muffin pan. Set aside.
Combine cake mix, water, eggs and applesauce in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in apples. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
