Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with the olive oil and set aside.
Bring a large pot of cold water to a boil and season with salt. Add the ravioli and cook according to package directions, removing it a few minutes earlier since it'll continue to cook in the oven. Drain and return to pot. Toss the ravioli with marinara and pour half of it into the prepared dish. Spread out into an even layer. Sprinkle with half of the bread crumbs and top with half of the cheese slices. Tear a few basil leaves and sprinkle on top. Place the remaining ravioli on top, spreading it out into an even layer and top with remaining bread crumbs and cheese slices.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. You can place it under the broiler for a few seconds to brown the top. Remove from oven and garnish a few basil leaves before serving.
