Big Hero 6 Cupcakes

Baymax from Big Hero 6 gets the cupcake treatment with these easy to make birthday party Big Hero 6 Cupcakes! Use cake box mix and jumbo marshmallows!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 red velvet cake box mix or your favorite flavor
  • 1 tub vanilla frosting
  • 12 jumbo marshmallows
  • black gel icing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix and bake the cupcakes according to the package directions. Allow to cool completely.
  • Frost the cupcakes with the vanilla frosting, using a piping bag, food storage bag, or an off set spatula or knife.
  • Paint Baymax's eyes using the black gel icing, onto one side of each jumbo marshmallow. Allow to dry and set for a few minutes. Top each cupcake with the marshmallow and you're done! Enjoy!
