Chicken Salad

This is my Mama's recipe for chicken salad so you know it's the best one out there! Only a handful of ingredients but SO good!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 rotisserie chicken skinned and shredded
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup celery diced (about 3 stalks)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl until evenly incorporated. Give it a taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. Serve immediately or store in fridge until ready to serve!
