Christmas Punch

Our popular recipe for Church Punch is now transformed into a delicious Christmas Punch made with cherry juice, lime sherbet and fresh cranberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pure black cherry juice
  • 1 can frozen fruit punch concentrate thawed
  • 2 2 liter bottles ginger ale
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 12 to 16 scoops lime sherbet

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out the lime sherbet onto the baking sheet and then freeze for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • In a large punch bowl, combine the cherry juice, fruit punch concentrate, and ginger ale. Stir in the cranberries.
  • Right before serving, drop in the lime sherbet scoops. Serve immedatiely.
