Green Juice

This healthy Green Juice will get you going in the morning! It's filled with kale, spinach, cucumber, celery and a few other surprises for a great taste!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups kale chopped without stems
  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 small red apple
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Throw everything into the juicer, little by little, alternating between the smaller and large vegetables and fruit.
  • Give it a good stir and then pour into cups and serve.
