Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 1 brie cheese round
  • 1/2 cup cherry preserves

Instructions

  • Heat a stovetop or outdoor grill over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
  • Brush the baguette slices with olive oil, on both sides. Grill for a few seconds, turning once, until toasted and grill marks have formed. Transfer to a plate or platter. Set aside.
  • Brush the brie round with olive oil. Grill for about 2 minutes, per side, or until it's warmed through, and it begins to get golden brown on each side. (Don't over grill it because it'll melt too much). Transfer it to a serving platter, and top with the preserves. Eat warm with the grilled bread slices. Enjoy!
