Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 11x17 or 9x13-inch rectangle cake pans.
In a large bowl, mix together both cake box mixes, eggs, water and oil. Stir until completely smooth and lump-free. Divide the cake batter between the two prepared cake pans. Bake as directed on the box, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool down completely.
Invert one of the cake layers onto a cardboard cake board. Add a heaping amount of frosting and spread out into an even layer. Top with the second cake layer. Frost the entire cake, including the sides with the remaining frosting. You only want a very thin layer on the cake. Chill for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Remove the cake from the fridge. Lightly dust a work surface with powdered sugar and roll out the black fondant out into a large rectangle, bigger than the cake itself to ensure you completely cover it. Transfer the rolled fondant onto the cake and smooth it out on the top and sides as best you can. Cut off the excess.
Roll out the white fondant and cut out the label and wheels of the tape. Adhere those small pieces (as shown in pictures above) with a bit of water and a small paint brush. Roll out the red fondant and cut out long thing strips for the red stripe design.
Write the lettering with a icing pen. Enjoy!
