Easy to make big batch cinnamon oatmeal for the week. Divide among little containers and flavor with all sorts of toppings to have a fast and healthy breakfast on the go.
Bring the milk, salt and cinnamon up to a simmer in a large saucepan. Stir in the oats and cook on low until soft and tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Stir every once in a while.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Divide among 8 small containers and add in any of your favorite toppings. Cover tightly with lid and store in refrigerator until ready to eat. To reheat, simply pop in the microwave with a splash of milk to help loosen it up.
