Pizza Bagels 3 Ways

Our Pizza Bagels 3 Ways are a great breakfast or afternoon snack. They're also a fun way to get your kids in the kitchen! They can assemble their own.

Ingredients
  

  • 9 mini pizza bagels

For the pepperoni

  • 1/2 cup store-bought pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives drained

For the Pesto Vegetable

  • 1/2 cup store-bought pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes

For the BBQ Chicken

  • 1/2 cup store-bought BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked diced chicken
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Split all of the mini bagels and arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • To make the pepperoni, spread 6 halves with pizza sauce and top with mozzarella. Arrange about 3 pepperoni on top of each and add a few olive slices.
  • To make the pesto vegetable, spread 6 halves with pesto sauce and top with mozzarella. Arrange a few sliced cherry tomatoes onto each.
  • To make the BBQ chicken, spread the remaining with bbq sauce and top with Cheddar Jack. Top with chicken, red onion and scallions.
  • Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
