mini pizza bagels
For the pepperoni

store-bought pizza sauce

cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2

mini pepperoni
1/4
cup
sliced black olives drained
For the Pesto Vegetable
1/2
cup
store-bought pesto
1
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2
cup
sliced cherry tomatoes
For the BBQ Chicken
1/2

store-bought BBQ sauce
1
cup
shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
1/4
cup
cooked diced chicken
1/4
cup
diced red onion
1/4
cup
sliced scallions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Split all of the mini bagels and arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
To make the pepperoni, spread 6 halves with pizza sauce and top with mozzarella. Arrange about 3 pepperoni on top of each and add a few olive slices.
To make the pesto vegetable, spread 6 halves with pesto sauce and top with mozzarella. Arrange a few sliced cherry tomatoes onto each.
To make the BBQ chicken, spread the remaining with bbq sauce and top with Cheddar Jack. Top with chicken, red onion and scallions.
Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
