In the bowl of a slow cooker, mix together the chicken wings, salt, pepper, garlic powder, melted butter, and as much of the hot sauce as you'd like. Toss to fully combine. Cover and set on high for about 4 hours or on low for about 6. Make sure to stir them every hour.
Once the wings are done, transfer them to a baking sheet, lined with foil. Brush them with more hot sauce on both sides and place under the broiler. Broil for a few minutes on each side, to crispy them up and char them. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Enjoy!
