Slow-Cooker Jalapeño Creamed Corn
Slow-Cooker Jalapeño Creamed Corn is super easy to make and very tasty. Just throw everything in a slow-cooker and stand back. Set it and forget it!
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 2 12 ounce bags frozen corn, thawed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 jalapeños seeded and chopped (or less if you prefer)
