Stove Top Stuffing Bundt Cake

The perfect Thanksgiving side dish with a little twist!

Total time 1 hour

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes of Stove Top stuffing
  • 3 cups of water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 yellow onion - chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery - chopped
  • 1 green apple - diced
  • 1/2 cup of cranberries
  • 1/3 cup of pecans
  • 5 leaves of fresh sage - chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Sautee celery and onions in butter over medium heat
  • Add in cranberries and chopped pecans until cooked through, set to the side
  • Bring three cups of water to a simmer and add in stuffing mixture. Mix until fluffy
  • In a large mixing bowl combine stuffing, celery mixture and eggs. Mix well.
  • Spray your bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray
  • Pour stuffing into bundt and use a spatula to press it firmly into place
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and the whole cake feels firm.
  • Allow to cool for ten minutes before flipping onto a plate. Serve warm.
