Bake the pizza crust to brown it slightly and crisp it up. Remove from oven and set aside.
In a large skillet brown the ground beef with the onions, garlic, and jalapeño, until fully cooked. Stir in the seasonings, and tomato sauce and cook for about 5 minutes. Cook the refried beans in a small pot, smashing them with the back of a spoon. I like to add a splash of water to thin them out a bit.
Spread the baked pizza crust with the beans and top with cheese. Bake for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Top with the seasoned taco filling and sprinkle on the toppings. Cut into slices and serve right away. Enjoy!
