3 Different Mixes for Brunch Cocktails

Ingredients
  

  • Simple Syrup
  • 8 oz Frozen Sliced Peaches thawed
  • 1 Tsp of Tangerine Peel
  • 8 oz Frozen Strawberries thawed
  • 8 oz of Frozen Passion Fruit Puree thawed
  • 3 to 4 Bottles of Champagne or Prosecco
  • Garnish - Fresh Strawberries Orange or Lemon Peel

Instructions
 

  • Use blender to puree peaches, tangerine peel and 1/4 cup of simple syrup until very smooth. Strain through a mesh strainer into a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
  • Clean out blender, next puree strawberries and 1/4 cup of simple syrup until very smooth. Strain through a mesh strainer into a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
  • Clean out blender, next puree passion fruit and 1/4 cup of simple syrup until very smooth. Strain through a mesh strainer into a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
  • Serve all purees separately in a glass pitcher or bottle, alongside chilled champagne. Encourage guests to make the bellini however they'd like and garnish as desired.
