Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease 4 mini cast iron skillets.
Portion out the cookie dough among the four skillets and spread evenly with a knife or spatula. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and still somewhat soft in the center.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Top with a scoop of ice cream. Eat and enjoy!
