1large or 2 medium chicken breastsboneless and skinless
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1cupcherry tomatoessliced
3cupsbaby kale
1/2cupshredded parmesan
1 1/2cupscroutons
1/2 to 3/4cupcaesar dressing
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
Season the chicken liberally with salt and pepper. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat with the olive oil. Cook the chicken for about 5 to 7 minutes on the first side. Flip over and continue cooking for another 4 to 6 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and allow to cool on a plate. Cut into chunks.
Toss all of the remaining ingredients with the pasta until well combined. Serve immediately.
