Peach Crostini

A quick and easy, no-cook, summertime appetizer, perfect for outdoor parties and gatherings!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small French baguette sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 round brie cheese
  • 6 slices prosciutto cut in half
  • 2 to 3 fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Align the baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown and toasted. Remove from oven and allow to cool down slightly.
  • Top each piece with a slice of brie cheese, a prosciutto half, and a slice of peach. Drizzle the tops with a bit of honey. Serve immediately.
