Peach Crostini
A quick and easy, no-cook, summertime appetizer, perfect for outdoor parties and gatherings!
- 1 small French baguette sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 round brie cheese
- 6 slices prosciutto cut in half
- 2 to 3 fresh peaches peeled and sliced
- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Align the baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown and toasted. Remove from oven and allow to cool down slightly.
Top each piece with a slice of brie cheese, a prosciutto half, and a slice of peach. Drizzle the tops with a bit of honey. Serve immediately.
