This is one of those recipes that was totally inspired by something I saw on Pinterest.
Someone created a potato chip brownie and I thought A: that looks delicious B: that looks simple C: how can I improve on something that’s already so delicious?? The answer… Add Caramel!
I made these when we grilled last weekend and they were gobbled up in about 12 seconds. I can’t stress enough what a crowd pleaser this was!
Here’s What You’ll Need
1 Box of Brownie Mix – I used Ghiradelli
Eggs, Oil, Water – to create your brownies per the box instructions
Ruffles Potato Chips
Caramel Topping
Parchment Paper – if you want to easily remove the brownies from the pan per the photos.
Line your brownie pan with parchment paper, pour brownie mix inside.
Drizzle caramel topping generously over your brownie mix.
Crumble a few handfuls of potato chips and layer over the caramel. Bake per package instructions.
Allow to cool and then you can easily remove brownies from the pan by pulling them out by the parchment paper.
Cut into pieces for guests and enjoy!
