Every year at Girl Scout Camp we made Cookie S’mores. If you’ve never had them before, it might seem simple but trust me, it’s about nine thousand times better than regular s’mores! The reason being, the chocolate melts as soon as it touches the marshmallow. Normally your chocolate just sort of sits there but in this variation it all melts together. Marshmallow to chocolate, chocolate to cookie until it creates something magical. Honestly, you HAVE to try this out! ~Rachel
Carefully roast the marshmallows on a wooden skewer. You can use one of those portable camping stoves, or a candle or even your gas burner on your stove. Either way, just be extra careful not to burn yourself.
While the marshmallows are still hot, sandwich them together with the fudge stripes cookies. The heat from the marshmallow will melt the chocolate on the cookies!
Cookie S’mores are going to be your new favorite treat when you’re craving something sweet. It’s a quick snack to whip up whenever you want! Enjoy!
