Y’all, I grew up in Southern California… so I’m going to be real with you, I never one time considered that you might need workout clothes that were warm. In SoCal we’re all about that shorts + sports bra combo and that will cover us throughout 9 of the 12 months. Then I moved to Texas where my long-distance runs could very easily take place in some crispy 30-degree weather and I had to adjust my workout clothes real quick! If your workouts are being thrown off by cold weather, don’t let that stop you or discourage you from being active.
Get your thirty minutes of movement in every single day and if you’ll be outside in the cold, make sure you’re dressed appropriately. Need some ideas? Here are some of my favorites.
1. Airpods || 2. Knitted Gloves || 3. Duffel Bag || 4. Lip Balm || 5. Long Sleeve Workout Tee
6. Camo Leggings || 7. Start Today Hat || 8. Camo Hoodie || 9. Phone Case || 10. Adidas Boost Shoes
I’m all about these long sleeve workout shirts from Lulu– I own them in almost every color. On days when it’s chilly but not chilly enough for gloves (like on my run yesterday), these are perfect for keeping my hands just warm enough.
Had to show you guys this hoodie… it has a hole built-in for your pony!
Get to moving those bodies everyday for at least 30 minutes! Don’t let cold weather be an excuse for not getting that workout in! LET’S MOVE!
