For the last five years, I’ve gotten some version of the same message over and over again:
“Are you ever going to bring RISE back?”
“I went to RISE in Dallas… in Toronto… in LA… please do another one!”
“Please tell me you’re doing conferences again.”
For those of you not familiar with RISE, you might not understand why it’s such a big deal to our community. To give you a little backstory, we started RISE back in 2017. It’s the personal development conference for women who want to take ownership of their lives and their work. Since it’s first event, RISE has welcomed over 100,000 attendees to its in-person and virtual conferences worldwide.
If you’ve been to a RISE Conference, then you know how special it is. Which is why I’m thrilled to announce…

Our first newest event, RISE: elevate is here, and like any woman who’s lived a little life—it’s wiser, sharper, and more intentional.
Why RISE: Elevate Exists
RISE: elevate is not a comeback tour… we’ll save that for our ten year anniversary in ’27 😉
RISE: elevate is a refinement.
This is for women who are already in motion—but know they could be moving faster, cleaner, and with a lot more confidence. Women who don’t need motivation as much as they need clarity. Women who are working hard, but have realized that effort alone isn’t the answer because they’re not as far along as they expected to be.
If that’s you, you’re not broken. You’re just due for a reset in focus. After all, if you spend every day working IN your business, you’ll never have time to actually work ON your business.
RISE: Elevate is a one-day experience designed to help you step out of the noise and really look at what you’re building. To see where your energy is paying off—and where it’s quietly leaking. To stop spinning and start moving forward with intention again.
What This Day Is (and Is Not)
RISE: Elevate is designed for women who are already in motion—founders, leaders, creatives, and professionals who value intentional growth and meaningful connection.
The day blends strategic insight, focused reflection, and curated networking to create an environment where clarity and collaboration naturally unfold. This is not about consuming more content—it’s about creating alignment around what matters most in your work.
You can expect:
- High-level perspective on focus, direction, and momentum
- Space to evaluate your goals with intention
- Opportunities to connect with like-minded women who are building ambitious, thoughtful careers and businesses
- Conversations that move beyond small talk into real ideas and potential collaboration
- A Live Taping of the Rachel Hollis Podcast with a VIP guest that will inspire the heck out of you!
You’ll leave with sharpened priorities, valuable new connections, and a clear sense of how to move forward—strategically and confidently.
The Kind of Room We’re Creating
One of the things I’ve learned over the years is that what happens in the room matters more than what happens on the stage.
RISE: Elevate is intentionally designed to bring together women who are building meaningful work and who value depth over small talk. In our room, ambition is assumed. Conversations move fast. There’s no posturing, no pretending, no explaining why you want more.
It’s the kind of room where you think better. Decide faster. And leave sharper than you arrived.
Why I’m Building This Now
I’m leading RISE: Elevate because this is the work I care most about right now.
Clarity. Ownership. Building success that actually feels good to live inside.
Everything I’ve learned from building businesses, writing books, and navigating growth over the last two decades shows up in this day. Not as theory—but as real, practical guidance for women who are already doing the work and want to do it better.
If You’re Feeling the Pull…
I’ve learned to trust that feeling.
RISE: Elevate isn’t for everyone—and it’s not supposed to be. Space is intentionally limited because the experience only works if the room feels right.
But if you’ve been building something and quietly thinking, I need to zoom out, get clear, and move forward with confidence again—this might be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.
