Given all the the cool pieces in the collection I got to choose anything I wanted to show off. My choice? Purple jeans! Ok, yes, purple is my color this month on Instagram but also, I can’t be the only one who’s ever looked at colorful denim and thought, wait, how do I… I’m definitely not. I’m sure there are tons of us out there who see the purple jeans on Pinterest and go, well, yes but how am I going to pull that off with my current wardrobe?

At some point, y’all are going to clue in that my date night outfit is basically the same thing every time. Denim, heels, great t-shirt, blazer, bag and a piece of jewelry. You know why? Because it’s sassy and fun, but it’s also comfortable enough to enjoy yourself. I’m sure I’d look just darling in some tight fitting dress that requires both Spanx and an act of God to pull off, but I’m going on a date to enjoy my husband not punish myself for the quesadilla I had at lunch.
