It’s about refining your direction, sharpening your focus, and deciding what matters next.March 20, 2026

This one is different. 🤟🏻
The voice of your Imposter Syndrome is a liar. It The voice of your Imposter Syndrome is a liar.It will take a normal moment, a normal learning curve, a normal season of growth and whisper, “See? You don’t belong here. You’re not as good as they think. You’re going to get found out.”But listen to me.You are not an imposter. You are a beginner in a room that matters to you. That is a very different thing. You don’t feel confident because you don’t have reps yet. You don’t feel certain because you haven’t lived the evidence yet. Of course it feels shaky. You are building something you’ve never built before! The answers are not hiding from you because you aren’t special enough. The answers are out there! There is more to learn than any one person could ever know. Your job is not to magically become someone who already has it all figured out.Your job is to stay curious. To ask better questions.
To try the thing.
To adjust.
To try again.
To stop making “I don’t know yet” mean “I can’t.”You are allowed to be new. You are allowed to be learning. You are allowed to be in process and still be powerful. 🤟🏻
If you’ve ever worried that your energy is too big If you’ve ever worried that your energy is too big or that you need to tone it down to be accepted, hear me when I say this.Confidence isn’t something you magically wake up with.
Confidence is built through repetition. The more you practice being yourself, the more natural it feels.
You stop second guessing.
You stop editing.
You stop shrinking to make other people comfortable. And here’s the best part:When you show up as you actually are, you attract people who are your vibe. And just as important, you repel the people who aren’t. That’s not a problem. That’s the point.Your energy isn’t too much.
It’s just not for everyone. 🤟🏻
