Maybe your circumstances aren’t exactly what you were expecting or hoping for in 2020. I get that. 2020 has thrown us major curveballs but that doesn’t mean I’m calling 2020 a loss or a failure. You shouldn’t either.
Ask yourself how this situation can be happening FOR you rather than to you. If you are intentional about how you use this time, you will grow. And that’s why we decided to come up with a community-wide accountability challenge that we’re calling the Next 90 Days Challenge.
We’re committing to 14-weeks of living intentionally and with joy despite what’s happening in the world outside of our control. Based on our popular annual Last 90 Days event, this community-wide challenge will bring together people from all over the world. We decided that we can’t control what’s happening in the world, but we can control how we show up in it. So… here we go!
This is an opportunity for you to lean in, to see from a new perspective and build stronger habits. You cannot control your circumstances, but you can control how you use them for you.
You can find out more about the challenge HERE.
1 // This is valuable time
You guys. We’ve been forced to stay home and not see one another. Yes, this is hard and sucks for a number of reasons. It’s also a gift for a number of reasons. Our calendars have now freed up in SO many ways, which means we have the opportunity to become the best version of ourselves that we’ve ever been. We can spend time bettering ourselves and chasing after those dreams we’ve always pushed to the side.
2 // We are stronger together and need to hold each other accountable
I know we cannot actually be next to one another and support each other, but we can do this virtually and that’s HUGE! I couldn’t do half the things I do if it weren’t for the support from Dave and my best friends. If you feel like you’re isolated and lonely during this time, I want this community to be a place you can come to and know you’re loved, seen and supported.
3 // In times of stress, we fall back on negative habits
Humans tend to reach for old negative habits because they’re the easiest way to feel better fast. Trust me when I say I GET THIS. I truly do, but we get to choose to make the best decisions for ourselves. It may be hard, but it’s always worth it. If you commit to make the best of these next 90 days, you’re choosing to make the smartest decisions for yourself in this time.
