EP 950 | Feeling Stuck? Do This 3-Step Reset to Ge EP 950 | Feeling Stuck? Do This 3-Step Reset to Get Unstuck FastStuck doesn’t always look the same. Some seasons it looked like being completely frozen…so afraid of making the wrong choice that I made no choice at all. I’d sit with a decision for weeks, months, sometimes longer. Running every scenario. Asking everyone’s opinion. And still doing nothing, because what if I got it wrong?Other seasons, stuck looked like the opposite. I wasn’t frozen at all. I was sprinting. Constantly. Doing everything, saying yes to everything, filling every hour with effort and action. And somehow, after all of that, still feeling like nothing was actually moving forward. Both versions are exhausting. Both will make you question yourself. And I think after 40, most of us have lived through one (or both!) of these seasons in the last couple of decades. For me, finding traction looked like getting quiet, going inward and tapping back into my intuition (which I spent far too long ignoring). That’s the shift. And it sounds simple, but learning to listen and trust YOURSELF changes the way you make decisions, build your business, show up in your relationships, and move away from the crossroads you’ve been stuck at for far too long.If any of this resonates with you, this weeks podcast episode might help. EP 948 | 6 Must-Haves of a Morning Routine that Ac EP 948 | 6 Must-Haves of a Morning Routine that Actually WorksIf I want to get it done… I have to do it in the morning. That’s why my morning routine is SO essential. I have tried every scenario to convince myself that I will work out in the evening, but I just won’t. Maybe if I was younger, maybe if I didn’t have 4 kids, maybe if I had more energy later in the day… I can “should” all over myself. OR I can work with my body and my hormones and my energy levels as they are and set myself up for success.
