I love decorating my home for the holidays! We opt for a christmas tree and a different theme each year; last year was Country Christmas. Check out some of my tips for adding decorative touches to your home this season.

ALL WINTER LONG DECORATING IDEAS

The holiday season is such a special time of year. I always enjoy decking the halls in my home! But the un-decking is something I kind of dread. So over the past few years I’ve started incorporating more winter decor rather than Christmas specific decor. This way I can leave some decorations out until February! ---> DECORATE!

It probably won’t surprise any of you to hear that I love decorating for Christmas. But it might surprise you to learn that as part of this year’s theme I filled my tree with bird feathers! ---> SEE FOR YOURSELF!

I’ve been collecting ornaments as long as I’ve been alive. When I got married I continued collecting ornaments and eventually would do the same for my boys. It’s such a neat way to remember the holidays and a special part of decorating our tree each season. ---> CHECK IT OUT!

As much fun as it is decorate for Christmas no one ever in the history of ever has ever enjoyed packing up all the Christmas decorations when the holidays come to a close. That being said, there is hope! ---> GET ORGANIZED!
